Do I need to get a check up?
Absolutely! Get your Basic screenings- which include Cholesterol panel, Diabetes Screen, Blood Pressure Screening and cancer screenings and a check up to avoid bigger problems and complications so you can Live Life Abundantly!

Absolutely. We have subsidized rates for and low rates for Initial & follow up visits.

How soon can I/my loved one be seen in the office?
We will work with you -If urgent- we will see you sooner if provider in in area. We try our best.

Are my electronic health records kept private?
Your health records are kept totally private and we are contracted with Nationally recognized EMR (e clinical works). You determine who can see the information in your record.
